A proud 30 years in the Real Estate industry affords Leann the skills and expertise necessary to assure a smooth transaction from beginning to end. Leann's former 12-year banking career enables her to assist her clients in understanding the complex yet advantageous financing opportunities available today.
Leann is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania and Delaware. She serves, Southeastern Pennsylvania and the State of Delaware. She also has an extensive personal and professional network base which affords her the ability to refer buyers and sellers to experienced agents throughout the United States.
After graduating from West Chester East High School Matt continued his education at Penn State University. He graduated from the Smeal business school with a degree in Business Management. After graduation he aggressively pursued his Real Estate career. He spent 3 years working in South Jersey before returning to his hometown to team up with Leann. In New Jersey Matt was involved in all aspects of real estate from residential sales and investment properties to land acquisition and new construction. Now Matt primarily focuses his career in the counties of Chester and Delaware while still remaining active in real estate at the Jersey Shore.
Being in his early 30's Matt has found great success with working with first time home buyers and introducing them to the complex scenarios that often rise from real estate. It can often be an intimidating process but Matt makes sure to make them feel comfortable and to ensure their first real estate experience is an enjoyable and memorable one.
